Service Description
We love festive fun at Whiskerville! Join us on Sunday, December 14th for a special day filled will holiday cheer, kitty cuddles, and playtime! Children of all ages are welcome in the Kitty Cat Lounge all day, and each child who visits the kitties will receive a gingerbread house sticker activity to enjoy alongside the kitties or take home for later. Simply book your regular kitty visit online, and the gingerbread activity is included as a sweet holiday bonus!

Cancellation Policy
All lounge reservations, classes, and events are non-refundable, so please double-check your schedule before booking. We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a lounge reservation, we offer a one-time courtesy reschedule—just give us a call at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to move your reservation to a new date or time (subject to availability). Please note: we can only reschedule once per booking, so choose your new time carefully. Need to adjust your kitty cat lounge time on the same day? We’ll do our best to accommodate you if space allows, but we cannot guarantee availability. If we're fully booked and unable to shift your reservation, no refund will be issued. We currently allow bookings up to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded or rescheduled. At this time, we do not offer a waitlist. Thank you for your understanding—and for helping us keep things smooth for our guests and our kitty crew!
