Are You KITTEN Me? It’s Kitten Season, and we have so many adorable little ones waiting for their chance to come to Whiskerville! To celebrate our 1st Birthday, we’re hosting the purrfect Kitten Pop-Up Event to help these sweet babies find their forever families. The event will take place in our front lounge. Be sure to reserve your visit online and be the first to meet these precious kittens! 🐾💕 These little ones will eventually make their way to Whiskerville as space opens up, but this is your chance to meet them now! If you fall in love and want to adopt, you can submit your adoption application right away. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup time for your new kitty friend at Whiskerville! ✨ Important details: *This is a limited-space pop-up event on June 21st, 1-4pm. *Your reservation is for the pop-up event in our front lounge only, and you will meet these adorable eight kittens. Visits are for 30 minutes. * If you want to meet the kitties that are currently being fostered at Whiskerville, please book a regular 1-hour visit in our Kitty Cat Lounge! Kitty Cat Lounge visits are open 1-6pm and walk ins are welcome, space permitting. *You must visit the kitties prior to submitting an adoption application. Come soak up the kitten cuddles and meet your potential new best friend!

Cancellation Policy
All lounge reservations, classes, and events are non-refundable, so please double-check your schedule before booking. We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a lounge reservation, we offer a one-time courtesy reschedule—just give us a call at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to move your reservation to a new date or time (subject to availability). Please note: we can only reschedule once per booking, so choose your new time carefully. Need to adjust your kitty cat lounge time on the same day? We’ll do our best to accommodate you if space allows, but we cannot guarantee availability. If we're fully booked and unable to shift your reservation, no refund will be issued. We currently allow bookings up to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded or rescheduled. At this time, we do not offer a waitlist. Thank you for your understanding—and for helping us keep things smooth for our guests and our kitty crew!
