Whiskers in Waiting coming to Whiskerville! 🐾 We’re hosting a special pop-up adoption event to introduce five adorable kittens who are all up to date on vaccinations and ready for their forever homes! These little ones will eventually make their way to Whiskerville as space opens up, but this is your chance to meet them now! If you fall in love and want to adopt, you can submit your adoption application right away. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup time for your new kitty friend at Whiskerville! ✨ Important details: *This is a limited-space pop-up event on March 1st, 4pm - 6pm. *Your reservation is for the pop-up event in our front lounge only, and you will meet these adorable five kittens. Visits are for 30 minutes. *You must visit the kitties prior to submitting an adoption application. Come soak up the kitten cuddles and meet your potential new best friend!

Cancellation Policy
All lounge reservations, classes, and events are non-refundable, so please double-check your schedule before booking. We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a lounge reservation, we offer a one-time courtesy reschedule—just give us a call at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to move your reservation to a new date or time (subject to availability). Please note: we can only reschedule once per booking, so choose your new time carefully. Need to adjust your kitty cat lounge time on the same day? We’ll do our best to accommodate you if space allows, but we cannot guarantee availability. If we're fully booked and unable to shift your reservation, no refund will be issued. We currently allow bookings up to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded or rescheduled. At this time, we do not offer a waitlist. Thank you for your understanding—and for helping us keep things smooth for our guests and our kitty crew!
